Destiny Hope Cyrus, the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, is living a dual life just like in her TV series ‘Hannah Montana.’  The 15 year-old singer/actress filed papers yesterday afternoon, with father Billy Ray and mother Leticia, to change her commonly used name Miley Ray Cyrus to her legal name.

Sounds like an Identity Crisis to me.
