The subject at hand is Eva Mendes’s bare nipple, which makes an indecent appearance during her new Calvin Klein Secret Obsession advertisement.  The commercial shows a nude Mendes, rolling around on an unmade bed and can only air on networks after 9 p.m.  It was originally banned in the U.S. altogether, before a cleaner, edited version was created.  The ad’s creative director, Fabien Baron, tells WWD that Mendes is being “a little sexy,” but insists the ads “are not provocative.  “They are really well done. The spot is really beautiful — I really can’t believe this is happening.”
