Lindsay Lohan was a bit agitated on the set of her new movie Labor Pains yesterday after word leaked that her gal pal, Samantha Ronson, had purchased a $22,000 Diamond Cartier ring for her.  Even though Lindsay has not come out and confirmed she is involved with Samantha she has said there is someone special in her life and since the only person she has been with in months is Samantha you can draw some conclusion.  According to reports form the set Lindsay was frantically calling and texting Samantha about the ring.
